Krishna’s release from jail meant Krishna reliving the events that happened 22 years ago, meeting Vasudha again and returning to his past sorrows. Amidst all this, he will have to relive those dark nights that changed his and Vasudha’s life from a normal love story to a horrifying nightmare. After which the story shifts 22 years ago. Where we can see Young Basu and Krishna. 22 years ago, both of them used to live in a chawl in Mumbai. Both of them were neighbors of each other and after living here, both of them started loving each other. Their love was such that both of them could do anything for each other. Vasudha has her entire family but Krishna has nothing. He is a complete orphan.

His entire family is only Vasudha and he can do anything for Vasudha. So Krishna is very intelligent and he always supports Basu and always motivates him for further studies. After which the story comes into the present. Where we see Krishna being released from jail and his childhood friend Jignesh had come to take Krishna. After leaving from here, Jignesh and Krishna reach Sahu ji’s shop.

Actually, years ago I used to work as an accountant at Krishna Jo Hai Woh Sahu Ji’s shop and meanwhile we are shown a flashback scene of this shop. Krishna was returning after completing his work at Sahu ji’s shop, but then suddenly Krishna sees that some three miscreants reach Sahu ji’s shop to rob him. He had his face completely covered, so Krishna tells him that he will not be able to fight all three but he will easily catch one of them and then all three will be caught.

He slaps him twice and tells him not to be seen near Sahu ji’s shop from today onwards. Now the next day we see that Krishna’s boss in the company where he works tells him that he has been promoted and after seven days of training in Bangalore, he will be sent to Germany. After hearing this, he becomes very happy and immediately reaches Basu to tell him this. Basu starts crying after hearing this. Actually Krishna was about to go to Germany for two years but Basu tells him not to think that I am not happy after seeing my tears. I am very happy.

But now Krishna’s heart fills because spending two years without Basu was a big challenge for him. Although Krishna did not want to go there but told Basu that it is a question of your future. She says that it is only a matter of two years, after two years they both will get married and then will live together forever. After which he starts going back to his chawl. They stop at the intersection where Basu tells Krishna that I will leave from here and he should come after five minutes otherwise everyone will get suspicious.

And when Basu was going to the chawl, suddenly three miscreant boys caught hold of Basu and they were also trying to rape Basu. And one of those three boys had run away. Then Krishna arrives here and starts beating those three boys badly. He had also got a weapon in his hands due to which he killed two of the three and the rest ran away from here. From here he drags both of them on the road and surrenders himself. After which the story comes in the present.

Here we can see Krishna who had returned to the chawl after 22 years. He reaches his room first. 22 years ago, Krishna had hidden a ring in this room and he had come here to collect it. That ring was not here and then Basu enters here. Basu meets him here and both keep looking at each other. Here Basu tells Krishna that she knew that he would definitely come here after coming out of jail and she also knows that he had come here to take the ring.

But years ago, Basu had taken out that ring from Krishna’s room. After which Basu takes Krishna to the place where both of them used to meet often. And here Krishna tells Basu that he is going to Dubai tonight itself and he is never going to return to Mumbai. Then a call comes from Basu’s husband Abhijeet and here Krishna comes to know that Basu has told everything about both of them to Abhijeet.

Hearing this, Krishna is completely surprised and tells Basu that we both had promised that we will not tell anyone about us, then Basu says that you were the one who said to go ahead and The person I am with now. Go ahead and it would be unfair to that person if I don’t tell him about you. Now because Abhijeet knows everything about Krishna, Abhijeet calls Krishna home. Therefore, Basu, who is there, starts taking Krishna to her home.

And then after a few days, Krishna comes to know that a big gangster named Mahesh has been arrested in Thailand and he is now being brought to India from Thailand. Then some criminals are brought to the jail who wanted to kill Mahesh and Mahesh comes here to take shelter of Krishna.

One day he sees the opportunity and comes to kill Mahesh but he comes face to face with Krishna and Krishna beats Pakiya badly and takes his life. So how did you kill Pakiya? When Krishna is telling all this story to Abhijeet, then Basu also hears all these things from behind and later Mahesh had helped Krishna to go to Dubai and he was also bearing all his expenses.

Basu did not know that Krishna had killed Papiya in jail, which is why she wanted to talk to him. That’s why here Basu comes to drop Krishna to the bottom and she tells Krishna that in these 22 years there will be only a day when she has not thought about this sail. Neeraj, who entered the romantic genre for the first time, tried his best to add a thriller angle to the romance as well, but unfortunately, in this process, he got confused between romance and thriller.

Especially the story of the film is very weak. The film starts on a decent note and Krishna Vasudha’s love story gives you hope for a beautiful film. The pairing of Shantanu Maheshwari and Sai Manjrekar, who were seen in their youthful roles, looks great on screen. Especially Shantanu has done amazing acting on screen.

He has come in shades ranging from lover boy to angry young man. Neeraj Pandey fell in love with the story and script he wrote, which influenced his work. The story seems outdated and the same applies to its director. His way of telling the story seems very old. The story may not have any substance, but if the style of telling is unique then it can be seen. But here Neeraj fails. Music has always been the weak point in Neeraj’s films but the music and background music of Aur Mein Kahaan Dum Tha is excellent.

Neeraj knew that there are a lot of silent moments in his film, hence background music becomes very important and in this case, composer MM Karim has done a good job. The song is meaningful.
