The movie begins with the madam trying to wake herself up after fainting. Let’s look in the bathtub. Seeing himself in this place he becomes upset and quickly wakes up. Due to getting up, the plug of the bathtub gets removed from his feet and a blue colored liquid also flows out along with the water. We will see further that liquid. What happens? When the lights turn on, it becomes known that Doctor Lawrence was also with him and both of them. They are tied with a chain in some old and dirty bathroom and in front of both of them is lying a bloody dead body with a revolver in one hand and tape in the other.

Both of them don’t remember anything. How did he reach here? Later, both of them get a cassette and in addition a small bullet and a key. They also meet and both of them try to open their chain’s dead body. But he fails. It is the key to something else. This tape with the help of Adam Doc Lawrence. He picks it up from the dead body and both listen to each other’s cassettes. In the cassette, they hear a distributed voice of a man who tells Adam that he has ruined the lives of many people.

By recording them secretly and today he gives them a chance to improve his life. Either he can die due to hunger and thirst or he can muster courage and get out of here. From there the doctor tells Lawrence that he never understood the importance of his life. For years, he informed his patients that they would die because he was a doctor. And what will happen when he himself is about to die? If he wants to see his wife and child alive then he will have to kill Madam before 06:00 to complete his task. There are clues hidden everywhere in the room and he has to find them.

Doctor Lawrence plays the cassette again to understand the clue, where it is heard “Follow Your Heart”, which is the second clue. According to this clue, it sees a heart mark on the toilet tank. Adam finds two iron cutting saws and photographs taken by Doctor Lawrence in this toilet tank and he does not tell the doctor about these photographs. Both of them try to cut their chain with the help of a saw, but it does not cut. Enraged, Adam throws the saw, breaking the saw and the glass on the nearby wall. There Doctor Lawrence also tries to cut the chain, but he is unable to. They understand that this saw is not for cutting the chain, but for cutting their legs.

This is a test for him whether he can sacrifice his own leg. After seeing such a situation, they remember that their captor is none other than Jigsaw, who had tried to implicate them in a murder a few months ago. Now we see the movie go into flashback. Doctor Lawrence explains that Jigsaw preys on these people, who do not value their lives. Who play with the lives of others. According to them, Jigsaw is not a murderer. He does not kill his victim with his hands, rather he tortures his victim physically or psychologically by playing a game.

Where the prey survives, they understand the importance of life. Judges should investigate this murder, David. They were doing the investigation and they had found a pen from Mark’s murder, which had Doctor Lawrence’s fingerprints on it, due to which their suspicion falls on the doctor and hence the doctor is also interrogated. The detectives ask the doctor where he was when Mark was murdered. At this time he goes to meet an intern of his hospital. He did not want to tell this because he had a relationship with that woman and he did not want his wife to know and he had to tell this so that he could avoid arrest.

Amanda, another victim of Jigsaw, is called to identify her kidnapper, that Jigsaw is not the doctor himself, but Amanda refuses to identify because she has never seen Jigsaw’s true form. Amanda is a heroin addict and despite her best efforts she is unable to quit the drug. Therefore Jigsaw makes it its victim too. She is just the first woman to pass the jigsaw test. After seeing death so closely, she feels that Jigsaw has helped her. To improve her life, she gives up drugs and hence develops sympathy for Jigsaw in her heart.

The story of the movie again goes towards Adam and the doctor, where they come to an understanding. They feel that someone is watching them from behind the glass on the wall. After some time. During the conversation, Doctor Lawrence takes out a family photo from his wallet and shows it to Adam. Adam also finds a kidnapping photo of his family in the doctor’s wallet. He keeps it hidden so that it doesn’t shock him. Apart from this, Adam also gets a hint behind the same photo with the help of which Adam finds Clue’s ex. They also find a small red box marked with an If he wants, he can kill Adam by mixing the cigarette with this blood and giving it to him.

But he does not do so and asks Adam to pretend to die because of the cigarette. But Jigsaw finds out and their plan fails. At the same time, the doctor gets a call on the same phone and comes to know that his family has been kidnapped. It has only a short time to complete its task i.e. to destroy the atom. Apart from this, it is revealed on the call that Adam already knows the doctor. Adam shows the photographs and tells the doctor that the detective team had paid him to keep an eye on him.

His profession is to keep an eye on others and take their secret photos. After looking carefully at one of these photographs, the doctor sees an employee of his hospital in his window. The doctor is now confirmed that it is Jigsaw who has kidnapped his wife and daughter. Who is the mastermind of this entire operation and who is keeping an eye on them with the help of cameras from his house. And until the doctor releases it. It was already six o’clock. According to the rules, the doctor still had not killed Adam.

That is why when he calls the doctor and tells him that his family will not survive and it is all his fault, the doctor goes crazy after hearing the sound of the song on the phone. There is no other way for this. Therefore, to reach the revolver, he has to cut his legs with a saw and shoots Madam with the revolver. While he tries to cut the doctor’s family with a saw, Butt Detective saves them and somehow runs away from there. But the detective follows him and reaches the same place, where madam and the doctor are imprisoned. The detective then tries to arrest everyone, but is himself killed in the fight.

The Doctor had not killed Madam in time, hence when he is about to shoot the Doctor saying it is the rule, Madam recovers from the gunshot wound and attacks the zapper and kills her with the lid of the toilet tank. Both are now in injured condition. The doctor decides to help and somehow manages to escape, dragging madam along. Tries to find the chain key from madam’s dead body and also finds a tape in its pocket. Seeing this he is completely surprised. After listening to the tape, it is revealed that whenever there was a victim of Jackson’s gang, Jackson had injected poison into his body. To get the antidote he was asked to destroy the doctor’s family. As soon as the tape ends, the dead body lying in the room suddenly wakes up.

Seeing which Adam loses his senses. That corpse belonged to none other than Jackson, whose real name is John Cramer, who was monitoring the entire operation by posing as a corpse. In the flashback of the movie, it is shown that Jim is none other than the same cancer patient who was taking treatment from Doctor Lawrence. He tells Adam in his weak voice that the key to the chain was in this bathtub all along. What Adam realizes is that the blue thing that was initially swept away in the water was the key to his freedom. Adam is about to shoot Jigsaw with Zeb’s scent when he weakens it with an electric shock. Before Adam can do anything else, he leaves her to die in the same room, and that’s how the movie ends.
